Store Policies

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. 2 Sisters Boutique reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that is not in the original condition. We lovingly inspect each item before we ship. Damage or omission of any items or items returned outside of the terms set forth by 2 Sisters Boutique will result in a RE-STOCKING FEE. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days from the date your order was shipped (ship date is shown on your sales receipt). Anything after the 10 day period will be considered an unauthorized return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and immediately shipped back to you at your own expense and your credit card on file will be charged. 2 Sisters Boutique reserves this right and you are agreeing to all terms set forth on this page once you place your orders.

RETURN STEPS:

  1. Call (312)226-6677 or email info@shop2sisters.com, the reason for your return. If request is accepted, you will be given an RA#. 
  2. Ship back the merchandise to our store. We must receive the return within 10 days of the date in which you were given the RA #. Write the RA# on the outside of the box. You must include your ORIGINAL receipt in order to ensure proper credit.
